Team Jerky is finally here! But what is Team Jerky you ask? It's for jerky gastronauts looking for new and different flavours. These are the results of our new recipes - some might become permanent parts of our line-up, and others might go to that big jerky store in the sky and never be seen again. This particular line-up gets you a packet each of the newest experimental flavours:
- Piri Piri
A rich, thick, spicy, sweet and smokey chipotle sauce that's great with anything!
A Belize style garlic habanero hot sauce. It's great for spicing up salsa, soups, and anything else. A damn fine all-rounder sauce and perfect for folk looking to move their hot sauce journey away from Tabasco.
A hot, fruity Caribbean style sauce made with fresh mango, and just a good kick of heat. Gold Star winner at the 2019 Great Taste Awards!
One of the hottest hot sauces we make without compromising on flavour, but definitely not for the faint-hearted. Fiery and fruit with a lovely lingering heat that builds on the palate. A bit of a hot sauce challenge. Remember, a little ghost pepper goes a long way.
We use our special blend of herbs and spices to bring you an authentic taste of proper Caribbean jerk.
We're closer to Culloden than Casablanca, but that didn't stop us creating an amazing tagine mix that works perfect for jerky.
We're the ONLY producer of this flavour jerky (scouts honour!) and we use an authentic recipe to bring that shichimi flavour to delicious scotch beef.
