As a bit of a music snob, I always grimace when I hear someone is doing a cover version of a much loved classic. Most of the time, my initial reservations prove to be correct, but every now and again, I am pleasantly surprised. I had similar concerns with this Habanero sauce. Habanero is my day-to-day hot sauce, and in my opinion, it has long since been perfected. However, I was wrong. This is a very solid contender in the realm of Habanero sauces. Fruity, full of garlic and a touch of heat. Lovely stuff!
