One of the hottest hot sauces we make without compromising on flavour, but definitely not for the faint-hearted. Fiery and fruit with a lovely lingering heat that builds on the palate. A bit of a hot sauce challenge.
Remember, a little ghost pepper goes a long way.

Delicious. Obviously it’s hot but it doesn’t overpower the taste, which is lovely.

A great Hot Sauce done properly! Similar flavour profile to Tom’s Scorpion sauce, an immediate hit of chilli flavour that sems quite mild then builds to a strong burn from the Ghost. Tomato & Garlic round off the flavour and give it a decent body beyond just the heat and of the chilli.

Firey hot but flavoursome. Use sparingly.

Having spent the best part of a decade working offshore, a good hot sauce became essential. The food invariably had a texture and taste like plasterboard (don’t ask how I know what plasterboard tastes like, that’s a story for another day.) Supermarket hot sauces just were not up to the task, even their “EXTRA hot” was usually of medium heat, at best. The world of internet hot sauces can be a perilous one to navigate; sauces may be legitimately hot, but frequently are far too acidic, resulting in a sauce that is closer to battery acid than a condiment. When the Ghost sauce arrived, I was sceptical. The label read: “Less of a hot sauce challenge and more of a hot sauce ordeal.” I was certain I was in for another hot-for-the-sake-of-being-hot hot sauce, with no real taste. I popped the toilet roll in the fridge as a precautionary measure. However, I should never judge a sauce by its bottle! The Ghost Sauce has an abundance of heat, but not at the detriment to the flavour. Having tried a large selection of hot sauces on the market, this is my new favourite. While it can’t improve the texture of food prepared by the worst chef in Scotland, it can inject his “culinary delights” with flavour. Hallelujah!!
